Lechu V’Nelcha Shabbaton Yerushalayim 5778

From the very beginning, I’ve always had warm feelings towards Lechu V’Nelcha and its devoted staff, who are role models in and of themselves.  However, since I treasure Shabbos in my own home, for all it has to offer, I was hesitant about joining the Shabbaton. Little did I know about the genuine pleasure that was in store for me.

After spending many hours over Shabbos hearing, sharing and discussing fascinating concepts and topics I can say without a doubt that I am a changed person with a new and deeper understanding. The sweet taste of pure emes became so concrete and applicable as opposed to abstract ideas. There is also so much to learn from each one of the phenomenal girls part of Lechu V’Nelcha.

I truly experienced the feeling of me’ein Olam Haba. As a result of the galus, we are in a world of sheker and confusion and yet I was zoche to receive such clarity on various topics that were on my mind such as self value, gaavah, receiving compliments, specific halachos concerning issues that were on my mind…

My admiration and appreciation know no bounds. I thank Hashem for the zechus of hearing such chizuk from someone so exceptional.

Over Shabbos I was privileged to gain gifts for life and acquire essential tools to fulfill my role in avodas Hashem.

My humble opinion to those of us who want to hold on to the cherished moments of the Lechu V’Nelcha Shabbaton experience is to accept upon ourselves something small yet steady. A positive change on our own level.

I am deeply in debt.

A debt of gratitude to Hashem for all He has provided us with.

May we all be zoche to fulfill our tafkid and truly make Hashem proud.
